Cancellation and refund policy

We prepare each order for a specific date, so cancellations need notice.

Cancelling your order

To cancel, contact us with your order reference using the details confirmed with your order, at least 24 hours before your chosen date.

Orders cancelled after preparation has begun may not be eligible for a refund.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will cancel it and refund any amount you have paid in full.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or by an agreed method for payments made at pickup.

Refund timing depends on the payment method and your bank.

If there is a problem with your order, please tell us on the day of collection, with photos if possible.
